Hi, I'm Noa and I am passionate about helping individuals to navigate life's challenges and move toward greater fulfillment, connection, and well-being. I strive to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and work towards goals that reflect what is most important to them.

I am currently pursuing my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology and have provided individual therapy, group therapy, and psychological assessment services to adults in outpatient settings. I have experience working with adults navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, post-traumatic stress disorder, ADHD, substance use disorders, grief, family concerns, and relationship difficulties. I have training in trauma-informed care and am passionate about supporting individuals as they heal from trauma and build on their strengths.

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, including CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based interventions. I tailor these approaches to each client's unique needs, strengths, and goals, with an emphasis on collaboration and a person-centered framework. I prioritize creating a space where clients feel safe, accepted, and understood throughout the therapeutic process.
